Delete Your Account

How to delete your Lusail SC account and the data attached to it.

You can delete your Lusail SC account and the personal data attached to it at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how to do it and exactly what is removed.

1. Deleting from the app

Open the Lusail SC app, go to Settings (the "More" tab), and choose "Delete account". You will be asked to confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

2. What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your profile and membership number;
  • your academy-registration discount balance and its full transaction history;
  • the devices registered to you and their push-notification tokens;
  • your in-app notifications; and
  • your sign-in credentials and access tokens.

This is a permanent deletion of your account, not a temporary deactivation.

3. If you cannot open the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us using the contact details below — from the email address on your account — and ask us to delete it. We will remove your account and its data, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first.

4. What may remain

We may keep records that the law requires us to retain, and anonymous statistics that no longer identify you.
